The proposed Epping North Township centre development located within Aurora will also bring more businesses and services into the area.

Epping Leisure City on Miller Street is a total sports and recreation centre with ten pin bowling, billiard tables, tennis courts, swimming pool and gymnasium. Top Kart go carting on High Street offers a more adrenalin fueled activity

Local Library:

Yarra Plenty Regional Library is the local library for City of Whittlesea residents, and it  extends across the Cities of Banyule and Whittlesea and the Shire of Nillumbik.  There are eight branch libraries located at Greensborough, Eltham, Ivanhoe, Lalor, Mill Park, Rosanna, Thomastown and Watsonia and two mobile libraries.
