Advertise your business

There are a number of ways which you can advertise your business on the Aurora Community Association website:

1.  Local Business Directory

Listing your business in the Aurora Community Association website Local Business Directory is FREE for businesses and retailers physically based within the Aurora Community Association boundary as defined in our area map (NB they can service outside the boundary as well as inside).

Businesses or retailers physically located outside of this boundary, whom offer services to residents within the boundary, can list their business in the ACA website Local Business Directory for $10 a month, payable annually (ie $120 a year).  They can also then take out a premium advertisement at the same rate as local businesses.

2.  Premium Advertisement

Premium advertisements are also available.  Premium advertisements include:

-Full page advertisement linked from business directory which can include:
Business logo
Product and Service Description, including PDF attachments such as menus or price lists
Contact details (address, telephone, fax, email addresses, social media links)
Website link

-Business logo and link to full page advertisement featured on home page (automatically scrolls through all premium advertisers)

The ACA reserves the right to edit content as required in consultation with the business contact person.

Premium advertisements cost $10 per month, billed quarterly for the upcoming 3 months. Prices will be reviewed at the end of each year.

3.  Business News

Premium advertisers also have the opportunity to also list ‘hot offers’ in the business news section on the front page of the website.  These  hot offers  will cost $20 a month to advertise.  Prices will be reviewed at the end of each year.

4.  Newsletter advertisements

The quarterly ACA newsletter is emailed to around 250 people and is delivered to over 1500 homes around Epping North/ Wollert.  An advertisement costs (up to A4 page size) costs $10 per edition.

How do I list on the Local Business Directory, organise a premium advertisement or newsletter advertisement?

For a Local Business Directory listing please email the following business details to Cara Horner, the ACA website manager on web@aurora.asn.au:

Business name
Address
Telephone Number
Trading Hours (if applicable)

Businesses seeking premium advertisements should supply the following extra information (that is applicable) to Cara in the same email:

Business logo
Product and Service Description, including PDF attachments such as menus or price lists
Extra Contact details (fax, email addresses, social media links)
Website address

Businesses seeking to advertise in our quarterly newsletter should email a JPG or PDF of the advertisement they wish to include in the newsletter to Cara Horner, the ACA website manager on web@aurora.asn.au.

The ACA reserves the right to edit content as required in consultation with the business contact person.

Payment

Premium advertisements cost $10 per month, billed quarterly for the upcoming 3 months.

Each Hot Offer advertised will cost $10 a month.

Newsletter advertisements costs $10 per edition.

Once all information has been received we will then invoice you for the advertisement.  The invoice will show the time period that the advertisement will run for.  Payment terms are 30 days.  New advertisements will not be made live until payment has been received.

Existing businesses that have not paid their invoices in the 30 days will have their advertisement taken down.  A $30 re-establishment fee will apply to those businesses wishing to reinstate their expired advertisement.
